Bryce began his career with Phil Wade Earthmoving, under the direction of his father, Phil. Bryces’ experience in the industry began with operating a variety of machines throughout Victoria. This work enabled him to develop a unique understanding of the business at all levels. Recently, Bryce has been tasked with identifying new business opportunities while continuing to build on long-term relationships with current clients, investigating oppportunities with potential clients, and driving the company’s strategic direction. Bryce is our resident ‘tech expert’ and has developed the businesses procedures and protocols around technology and its uses.

Operations Manager

With 20 years experience in the industry, Ben is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the organization. This includes planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets and resources, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Ben also plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers and government agencies, to ensure smooth operations and sustainable growth

Executive Assistant

Clair has been an integral member of the team for the past 5 years. During her career, she has a proven track record of optimizing executive workflows and enhancing organizational efficiency. With over a decade of experience supporting top-level executives across a broad spectrum of industries, Clair is proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and project execution. Along with a commitment to driving productivity and fostering seamless collaboration between executives and their teams, Clair enables PWE to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and employees.

Head of Maintenance

Steve oversees the upkeep and continued operational efficiency of the company’s facilities and equipment. This role involves coordinating a team of maintenance professionals to ensure that all physical assets perform reliably and meet the organisation’s standards. By developing and implementing maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures, Steve ensures that the infrastructure supports the company’s operations seamlessly.
